The word grateful doesn’t even begin to describe my feelings looking back on this amazing year in my art career. My largest solo show to date, gallery representation in Oregon, two very prestigious group shows and my first year on the Camelback Studio Tour, just to go over the highlights.

The art tour has become a popular annual event that invites art enthusiasts into the home studios of renowned local artists to view and purchase one-of-a-kind works across a wide range of mediums. The Camelback Studio Tour and Art Sale includes multiple home studios across several Phoenix and Scottsdale neighborhoods — including four newly added studio stops.

I am bursting with excitement as I prepare for my upcoming art show at the Walter Art Gallery on September 15th. This event marks a significant milestone in my artistic journey, and I am thrilled to unveil my latest collection of abstract paintings. Each piece in this collection reflects a personal voyage of self-discovery and growth, expressed through vibrant colors, captivating textures, and fluid movement. November is the time we step back, slow down and take time to be thankful. Each November I love to show my gratitude to my art collectors by hosting a special once-a-year Art Sale.

Picture this, you are walking down a romantic tree lined street in Paris, France. You round the corner and there stands the magnificent Eiffel Tower! The sight takes your breath away and you know that you must capture this feeling, this memory and this moment somehow.

After many, many months of hard work planning, preparing, filming, editing and working to find a platform that would deliver you the best experience, I am so pleased to announce the launch of my new online art classes for you!

I am so happy to share this labor of love I worked on for a few months during the holidays. My husband's Aunt Mary Ellen mailed him this photo of his grandfather and some friends at Clarkson University in 1937. The minute I saw the photo, I knew it had to become a painting.

I finally finished! It took me 7 months but I finally completed my 26 sketchbook paintings that capture select special moments from our 2021 Epic Summer Road trip across the USA.

It’s the start of a brand new year and many of us are writing down our goals, our resolutions or choosing a word of the year to focus on. I love the start of something new. It always fills me with excitement to dream and plan what’s next.
