Anticipation

$995.00

Original watercolor painting matted and framed to 25” W X 32.5” H.

This energetic artwork depicts the figure of a woman with long blonde hair swirling in emotions of anticipation shown in abstract brush strokes of gray and light violet and with a bold stripe of gold to the right. I love painting the human figure and I also love the abstraction that watercolor can create. This is a breakthrough piece which combines both styles into one painting.

I titled it Anticipation because the woman is turned away from the viewer in a swirl of movement, color and lines and that is the energy I felt when creating the painting.
